Dilip Kumar as the tragedy king, Amitabh Bachchan as the angry young man, Shahrukh Khan as the king of romance, you might think of them as titles or recognitions that these great actors have managed to achieve. But, if you think closely, these are examples of typecasting which Bollywood has chosen to do since decades.

We are not saying that it is bad, but when an actor starts doing similar roles for a longer duration, he tends to lose out on versatility. Mainstream actors can still afford to be given a typecasted label, but when it comes to underrated actors who normally do supporting roles, typecasting becomes a bitch.

There are many actors in Bollywood who are way more talented than their contemporary leads. Whether you call it their talent or their fortune, these underrated actors end up doing similar roles most of the times.

We know this is bad but on a lighter note, it is actually hilarious. Almost everyone knows Alok Nath as the Sankari Babuji of every movie. So we did some research and found these supremely talented actors and some uncanny similarities in their roles.

We are pretty sure you might not even know the names of all these actors. Nevertheless, let’s give them some much-needed recognition, in a different way.
